Lake of the Woods

Football camp ended on Thursday morning, so Benjamin, Hunter, and I decided to drive up to Lake of the Woods so we could get another night of camping in. It was a blast! We rode our bikes, swam in the lake, and went out on Grandpa's boat to do a little fishing in the evening. I managed to grab this shot of Mount McLoughlin - probably one of my favorite images i've taken at this spot.

MCF Camp 2010

I spent four days last week taking photos for MCF at their jr. high summer camp. In previous years the camp has taken place at Wilderness Trails. However, this year we spent the week at Mountain Lakes Bible Camp. It was an amazing week full of games, worship, and teaching. I grabbed this shot of one of the counselors repelling off the rock climbing wall. For more photos of camp check out Mountain Fellowship's webpage.

Whiskey Creek

Last week Benjamin, Hunter and I loaded up our packs and hiked down to Whiskey Creek for the night. We had a great time fishing and hanging out by the Rogue River. It was Benjamin's first backpacking trip and he loved it!

Jessie Honeyman

Last week we were back in Bandon for two days and then we drove north to spend some time at Jessie Honeyman State Park. It was another fantastic trip! While at Honeyman we rented a sand board so the kids could play on the dunes. They had a blast and can't wait to get back.
